If it's a new claim application, the AI agent reviews the medical evidence, reasons against the specific policy registry fields, and adjudicates the claim using the exact same information a case manager would. It then generates a comprehensive summary, case plan, predictive contingency plans, and recommended decisions. The agent doesn't stop at analysis; it actively drafts the necessary letters to the right parties, sets future tasks, and calculates essential dates directly into the claim file.
All of this is presented to the case manager through intuitive decision cards. Nothing is finalized without your approval. You can review the recommended decision, accept and release the letters, or reject and edit—prompting the system to instantly recalculate and generate a new plan. This continuous cycle of AI analysis, recommendation, and human approval runs from new document intake, through to medical updates, graduated return-to-work (GRTW) implementation and final closure.
